1 General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the 7jebd platform ("Platform", "Site" or "we") and the user ("you" or "member"). 7jebd provides online casino, slots and cricket betting services for users in Bangladesh.

These terms are written in Bengali and are formulated in accordance with the laws and regulations of Bangladesh. It is mandatory to read these terms in full before playing any game, placing any bet, depositing funds or making a withdrawal on the 7jebd platform.

We reserve the right to change, amend or update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes means you have agreed to the updated terms.

2 Account Registration and Identity Verification

To become a member of 7jebd you must complete the registration process. All information provided at the time of registration must be completely accurate, up to date and truthful.

2.1 Registration Information

• You must provide your real name, address, date of birth and contact details accurately.
• Each person may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential.
• You are fully responsible for all activities carried out from your account.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

7jebd reserves the right to verify identity to ensure secure transactions. A copy of a national ID card, passport or driving licence may be requested for verification. Identity verification may be mandatory before a withdrawal request or in cases of suspicious activity.

3 Age and Eligibility Requirements

By registering on the platform you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. 7jebd reserves the right to request official documents for age verification in cases of doubt. Accounts registered by minors will be cancelled immediately and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

In addition, to use the 7jebd platform you must be a resident of Bangladesh and must not currently be subject to any active self-exclusion limit.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

All financial transactions on 7jebd are secured through SSL encryption. The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals.

4.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (per method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
• Deposits must be made only from an account registered in your own name — third-party payments are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawal processing time: processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

7jebd regularly provides various bonuses and promotional offers. Specific conditions apply to each offer.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
• The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times.
• The bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before it can be withdrawn.
• The validity period for using the bonus is generally limited to 30 days from activation.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer can be used only once.
• Attempting to use a bonus through multiple accounts will result in all accounts being cancelled.
• If any irregularity or attempt to manipulate the use of a bonus is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
• 7jebd reserves the right to change or discontinue the bonus programme at any time.

5.3 VIP Programme

7jebd's VIP programme has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Weekly cashback is available at each tier: up to 0.3% at Bronze, up to 0.6% at Silver, up to 0.9% at Gold, and up to 1.2% weekly cashback at Platinum. Reaching a higher tier depends entirely on gaming activity.

6 Gaming Rules

All games on 7jebd (slots, casino games, cricket betting, etc.) are conducted fairly and transparently. Each game has its own rules which should be read before starting to play.

6.1 General Gaming Rules

• Once a bet has been finalised it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If any bet becomes uncertain due to a technical fault or connection issue, 7jebd will make a decision in accordance with the applicable rules.
• In the event of any dispute over a game result, 7jebd's server logs will be treated as the final evidence.

6.2 Cricket Betting Rules

• Bet acceptance depends on the odds set before the start of the match.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or a rule change, decisions regarding bets will be made by 7jebd.
• Live odds betting is available on BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL and other international tournaments.
• 7jebd reserves the right to void winnings from bets placed on match-fixed or manipulated matches.

7 Prohibited Activities

The activities listed below are strictly prohibited on the 7jebd platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in account cancellation as well as legal action.

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Opening or operating an account using another person's identity.
• Manipulating or abusing the bonus system.
• Attempting to hack an account or any game.
• Using any automation software or bots on the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Using a third party's credit/debit card or payment account.
• Engaging in fraudulent behaviour towards other users of the platform.
• Attempting to disrupt the normal operation of the platform.

8 Account Suspension and Cancellation

7jebd reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently cancel any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these terms.
• Failure to verify identity or providing false information.
• Suspicious financial activity or suspicion of money laundering.
• Fraudulent or dishonest behaviour.
• In response to a court order or government directive.

In the event of account cancellation, no bonuses or bonus-related winnings will be refunded. However, the return of legitimately earned real funds will be considered after review.

9 Personal Information and Privacy

11 Limitation of Liability

• Service disruption caused by unavoidable natural disasters, cyber attacks or government restrictions.

In any circumstances, 7jebd's total liability will not exceed the actual balance held in the member's account.

12 Changes to Terms and Dispute Resolution

7jebd reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be informed of significant changes via email or by a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered as the member's consent to the new terms.
